ARKA GURUKUL Celebrates Bengali New Year with "BARSHABARAN" Event
N.B. Institute for Rural Technology Hosts Festive Gathering for Naboborsho 1431
On April 17th, 2024, the N.B. Institute for Rural Technology (NBIRT) marked the arrival of Naboborsho 1430, the Bengali New Year, with an enchanting celebration titled "BARSHABARAN" at Arka Gurukul.
Presided over by NBIRT's Honorary Secretary, Mr. Abhijit Gonchoudhury, and Honorary Treasurer, Mr. Mohitlal Acharjee, alongside Mrs. Tultul Chakraborty, Principal of Arka Gurukul, the event was a joyous occasion filled with heartfelt moments and cultural festivities.
During the gathering, the Gurukul Family bid farewell to two esteemed members, Ms. Tusu Deb and Mr. Sayan Bhowmik, who graduated from Arka Gurukul in the academic year 2023-24. They were honored with gifts of Geometry Boxes, Pens, and warm wishes for their future endeavors.
The event continued with a vibrant showcase of cultural performances, including recitations, dance, and singing, adding to the jubilant atmosphere of the celebration. ARKA GURUKUL's "BARSHABARAN" event served as a delightful tribute to the spirit of Bengali traditions and community fellowship, marking the beginning of a new year filled with hope and prosperity.
