CERTIFICATE & TOOLKIT DISTRIBUTION PROGRAMME

On 25.08.2026, A Certificate and Toolkit Distribution Programme was organised to mark the successful completion of the Green Job Training Programme on Solar PV Installation Helper and Solar PV Technician. The programme was conducted with the objective of recognising the efforts and achievements of the trainees and equipping them with the necessary tools to utilise their acquired skills in the field of solar energy.

The programme commenced with the reception and warm welcome of the esteemed guests, followed by their seating on the dais. The distinguished guests present on the occasion were Mr. Kalyanasis Kar Gupta, Project Officer, TREDA, and Mr. D. S. Das, Director, TREDA. As a gesture of respect and cordiality, the guests were welcomed with flower bouquets.

The formal proceedings began with the welcome address delivered by Mr. P. L. Ghosh, Technical Advisor – Trainer. In his address, he welcomed the guests and highlighted the significance of skill development and the importance of providing trainees with practical knowledge and opportunities in the renewable energy sector.

This was followed by addresses from the distinguished guests. Mr. Kalyanasis Kar, Project Officer, TREDA, addressed the trainees and shared valuable words of encouragement. He emphasised the growing importance of renewable energy and encouraged the trainees to make effective use of their newly acquired skills.

Thereafter, Mr. D. S. Das, Director, TREDA, addressed the gathering. He highlighted the immense possibilities in the field of solar energy and green employment and motivated the trainees to pursue future opportunities with confidence and dedication.

The Certificate and Toolkit Distribution Ceremony was the most significant part of the programme. The successful trainees were presented with certificates in recognition of their dedication, commitment and successful completion of the training programme. They were also provided with toolkits to help them apply their technical skills in practical situations and pursue employment as well as self-employment opportunities in the solar energy sector.

The distribution of certificates and toolkits was followed by a warm round of applause for all the successful trainees. The occasion marked not only the completion of their training but also the beginning of a new journey towards professional growth and sustainable livelihoods.

The programme then proceeded towards its conclusion with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Mohitlal Acharya, Sr. Executive Member, Arkaneer. He expressed sincere gratitude to the distinguished guests, trainers, staff members, trainees and all those whose support and cooperation contributed to the successful organisation of the programme.

The programme concluded with a message of encouragement and best wishes for all the trainees. The organising team expressed the hope that the skills and knowledge gained through the training would enable the participants to build successful careers while contributing to a cleaner, greener and more sustainable future.

The programme ended on a positive note, followed by lunch for the guests, trainees and participants.
